About the practice
Therapy grounded in warmth, respect and real connection.
T Moore Psychotherapy LCSW, PLLC is a Staten Island mental health practice offering thoughtful, individualized care for people navigating life’s hardest and most meaningful moments.
Our story
A practice built on the belief that everyone deserves to be heard.
T Moore Psychotherapy was founded to offer something simple and powerful: a steady, confidential space where people can slow down, speak openly and be met with genuine care.
We know that reaching out for help can take courage. That is why every part of the experience — from your first phone call to your ongoing sessions — is designed to feel respectful, clear and unhurried. You are never just a diagnosis here. You are a whole person, with strengths, history and hopes that matter.

T. Moore, LCSW
T. Moore is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of T Moore Psychotherapy LCSW, PLLC. Rooted in the values of clinical social work, the practice looks at the whole person — emotional health, relationships, culture, environment and the stressors of daily life — rather than symptoms alone.
Clients describe sessions as calm, honest and practical. The work is collaborative: you bring your experiences and goals, and together we find approaches that fit your life, your pace and your values.
